Sessions are 50 minutes.  

 

 

I offer some concessional rates depending on your financial circumstances. 

If you are a full-time carer for a family member I offer sessions at £35.00 if you pay for a block of 4. 

Couple Sessions           

Sessions are 1 hour 15 minutes.

 

 

Small group support sessions on Being a Carer, Coping with New Diagnosis, Coping with Loss and Bereavement, Work-related Stress and Being a Carer for a Loved One with Dementia.  handout /support booklet included.

 

Group sessions are helpful for sharing and normalising experiences, providing peer support from others who are in similar situations and allowing particular aspects to be focused on with therapist support. They are cost-effective as the cost is shared between the group members. 

 

Price per person for 4 sessions: £60.00   ( 4 persons per group)

Supervision or counsellors and health professionals.

 

1:1 Supervision: Phone or skype £45.00 per hour

 

Supervision for Student counsellors £30.00 per hour

Need some educational material /teaching resources for counselling, health or care.
